Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! To ensure the safe delivery of your order, we ship via FedEx Overnight Insured. Shipping fees may vary depending on location, but we will be sure to communicate all charges before confirming your order.

How long will it take for my piece to arrive?

Because each piece is made-to-order, please allow 3-4 weeks for your piece to arrive — from the time your order is confirmed.

Is my piece under warranty?

All of our pieces come with limited warranty. If your piece is damaged within one month of purchase, please email us at info@airloomjewels.com.

What if my piece gets damaged after one month of my purchase?

If your piece is damaged beyond the one-month time frame, please still reach out to us at info@airloomjewels.com. We will review each situation to determine what can be done. Please note that repairs may incur an additional fee depending on the condition of the piece and what is needed.

Are custom orders returnable?

Due to the nature of their making, all custom orders made with our Atelier are final sale.

How do you accept payment?

At this time, we accept payment via checks, PayPal and Venmo.
